This was our pilot project for this service, and was... perhaps.. a bit too ambitious. The team got off to a good start but lost momentum when a number of the participants were all pulled away to other activities for an extended period. I have removed the documentation for this project from the site, but still have it on file. If, in the future, someone steps up to leading this effort, we will repost the previous info and go from there. I've also heard that Dave Smith is continuing this project on his own.
