I agree, but I'm going to suggest a modification to the expansion that I think is even better.

How about using your acronym, but changing it to mean

Mac OS Students and Teachers

To ME, that is EXACTLY what we're bringing together here. I think I'm sold on THIS name. Any objections to calling this official?
